La Journée Gastronomique
14.10.2018 A Sunday well spent! Indo French Hub was glad to organize an atelier on French Gastronomy in association with INSTITUT FRANÇAIS. Our Resource person Ms Viral Thakker enthralled everyone with her insight on gastronomy and various nouvel activities. We were happy to welcome Mr Philippe Guillien, Attaché for Coopération in the French Language among us. He was actively involved in all activities and shared his views on gastronomy. He says for him French Gastronomy is L'Innovation , La Tradition et La Qualité. This was followed by a sumptuous French meal - les croissants, les baguettes, le gratin dauphinois, les tartes, les quiches, les fromages et les desserts. This idea was impossible to execute without Valerie Pereira. Thank you to all the participants for a wonderful response.
